Our training weekends are very popular and offer great opportunities to meet other runners, run in fantastic scenery, learn, laugh and relax! We have had some amazing special guests and plan to continue to attract the top athletes/coaches/sports specialists to share their knowledge with you.

Beginners Training Weekend at Balmoral A weekend for relative newcomers to running or for those who want to re-energize their running. Guided runs, coaching, Pilates and stretching for runners, nutritional advice. Sports massage and training plans optional extras.

Mad March Marathon Training weekend at Balmoral Prepare for a Spring/Summer Marathon in unique surroundings. We are delighted to announce that our special guest for this weekend wil be Dave Moorcroft - former World 5000m record holder, current UK 3000m and 5000m record holder, and former CEO of UK Athletics. Also joining us will be Fraser Clyne, one of Scotland's all time fastest marathon runners (PB of 2:11) and sports journalist. Along with expert advice from leading endurance coach, Mel Edwards and all the usual RTH advice and support. Great preparation for marathon runners (and non-marathon runners!) of ALL abilities.

Early Winter Training Weekend at Balmoral Enjoy a fabulous weekend in the company of special guest Charlie Spedding, England's fastest ever marathon runner, former winner of the London Marathon and now author of "From Last to First" - an autographical account of his amazing career. Great advice, guided runs and as ever wonderful food, scenery and atmosphere.
