 We will help you optimise your time here by taking you to some of the best places around - no need for searching for a suitable run - we can take you to the best trails in the area and make sure you don't get lost!
Take a guided run on one of our selected trails and maybe have a sports leg massage afterwards to ease those tired muscles and speed up recovery.
Or make a special day of it and combine a guided run in the hills with another activity - quad biking, 4x4 driving, cycling or any of the many varied activities we have in the area.
Our prices will depend on what you want, but for an idea of our prices:
A guided run - from £20/hour/person. (Prices vary, depending on the number of people in the group and length of the run and include transport to&from the trails.)
Sports massage - from £25/half hour.
Podiatry advice: get the best analysis on your running form - from £45 for a 45-minute session.
Pilates coaching one to one - £30 for one hour session including posture analysis and Pilates instruction.
