One Off Guided Runs - for the Time Challenged
Are you are passing through or visiting Aberdeenshire and the Scottish Highlands with limited available time? Alternatively, you may well be holidaying in the area and just fancy getting out for a wonderful run in the countryside but don’t know where to go.

It could well be that a quickie with Running The Highlands might just suit you! We’ll help you to optimise your time here by taking you straight to some fabulous off road trails; surrounded by stunning scenery. We’ll guide you over the routes, provide coaching tips as required and tell you a bit about the area and wildlife.
Prices are as follows:
Guided run (including return transport to start/finish of the run from Ballater, Deeside. Transport from further afield can be arranged; POA).
- 1 person = £25 for up to a one hour run, £35 for up to a two hour run
- 2 people = £40 for up to a one hour run, £50 for up to a two hour run
- 3 people = £52.50 for up to a one hour run, £60 for up to a two hour run
- 4 people = £60 for up to a one hour run, £68 for up to a two hour run
Sports massage
- £27.50 for half an hour
- £40 for an hour
Stretching and core stability for runners session
- 1 or 2 people for a 1 hour session = £40 total
- 3 or 4 people for a 1.5 hour session = £55 total
- 5 or 6 people for a 2 hour session = £70 total or two one hour sessions = £80 total (i.e. can be taken separately at £40 each)
Pilates/core stability session – 1 hour
- 1 to 6 people = £40 total
Session with Sports Nutritionist (i.e. Dr. Chris Fenn)
- 1 or 2 people = £65 total per hour
Six month training programme designed specifically for your needs, taking account of any personal targets, ability level and time available.
- £30 per person (including one on one discussion about requirements). This will be produced in spreadsheet format within two weeks of the initial discussion. It will include distance and pace required for each run as well as total weekly mileage.
