Our Training Weekends – What to Expect
We operate a number of special training weekends throughout the year
each with a variety of organised events, including guided runs,
discussions/presentations all aiming to help you get the most out of
your running. We have guest speakers and coaches from a wide range of
disciplines including nutrition, massage, flexibility and motivation.
We take care of everything while you are here.
